This site provides information about TsugiCinema Inc. and a waitlist intake. Content is provided as-is, without warranty. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, an investment offer, or a binding commercial commitment. Access is provided at our discretion.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a guarantee of access to the alpha cohort, or a commitment to deliver any product on a particular schedule. We reserve the right to sequence the cohort by fit and capacity. You may remove your information at any time by emailing privacy@tsugicinema.com.

Intellectual property

TsugiCinema, the gold-seam mark, and the "home theater rewoven" tagline are trademarks of TsugiCinema Inc. The technology described on this site is covered by filed US provisional patents (Trinity, Duality, Infinity). Specific claim language is counsel-protected and available to strategic partners under NDA.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TsugiCinema Inc. and its officers, directors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site. The site and its content are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
